Financial Assistance Application form - Youth Programming Dues or Fees
Scholarship decisions are based on income and individual needs. When requesting a scholarship, we ask families to be accurate, allowing us to effectively provide support to those in the greatest need. Family tax returns showing income may be requested by the TCP prior to financial assistance awarded. All scholarship and personal information are kept strictly confidential. Every request is considered, and scholarships are granted based on need, availability, and alignment of funds. If an awarded scholarship is not deemed sufficient to allow for participation please feel free to reach out to the Board for a conversation.
By submitting the application you are acknowledging a genuine financial need for participation in a Youth Program. Please note which team the athlete is on or trying out for, and to what extent of financial aid is needed, full or partial. Please know that full scholarships are rarely awarded and reserved for extenuating circumstances. Scholarships awarded are for a full 9-month season. To review monthly dues of each program, please follow the team links below.
